Mustard seeds
Instructions
Slice the mushrooms into medium pieces.
Heat oil in a pan and temper the mustard seeds. Add onions, ginger, curry leaves and green chillies. Saute till the onions are translucent.
Stir in mushrooms and cook in medium heat for about 4 minutes.
Add the turmeric, coriander, cumin, shredded coconut and garam masala powder.
Keep stirring till the masalas are fragrant and blended with the mushrooms.
Close the pan with a lid for 2 minutes or till the mushrooms are tender. :- There should be enough moisture in the mushroom. If not lower the flame.
Remove from heat and serve hot.
