Multigrain Veg Sandwich
Sandwich made with multi grained bread and veggies

- Multi grain bread slices – 4 nos
- 4 pieces Tomato sliced roundly, Big
- 4 pieces Salad cucumber sliced round
- 4 nos Lettuce leaves
For grinding:-
- 1/2 bunch Mint leaves
- 2 nos Garlic cloves
- 1/2 inch Ginger
- 1 no Green chili
- Salt to taste
Make mint chutney by grinding together mint leaves, garlic, ginger,green chilly and required salt.
Spread a tbsp full of mint chutney on one side of all the bread slices.
On one slice place a lettuce leaf and 2 tomato slices and 2 cucumber slices.
Place another lettuce leaf and cover with another slice of bread with mint chutney spread on it.
Make a similar sandwich with the other bread slices.
Using a knife(preferably a bread knife), slice the sandwich across into 2 pieces.
Multigrain veg sandwich is ready and serve with a glass of orange juice.
