Terragon vinegar

Orange juice
Instructions
Wash the lettuce leaves properly and tear into small pieces.
Take a serving bowl and arrange the lettuce leaves, egg slices, cherry tomatoes, chives, mushrooms and avocado.
In a separate bowl mix together terragon vinegar, crushed garlic and orange juice.
Pour this mixture over the lettuce salad just before serving.
Tips:- :-Terragon vinegar goes well in salad dressings and while making the vinegar, be sure to use French terragon instead of Russian.
:-A good quality butter lettuce will have loose, large heads with thick leaves and green color.
