Carrot Tender Coconut Shake

Ingredients
  

  • 1 no Carrot
  • 1 no Coconut tender
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 litre Milk
  • Cashewnuts A little, chopped

Instructions
 

  • Cut carrot into small pieces and cook in a pressure cooker.
  • Drain the water and put the cooked carrot pieces in a mixer jar.
  • Add milk and sugar and grind till a smooth paste is obtained.
  • Now add tender coconut pieces in the jar and grind a little. The coconut pieces should be there for biting in between.
  • The carrot tender coconut shake is ready. Garnish with cashewnuts.
