Ariyada - Made With Rice Powder

Ariyada - prepared from fried rice powder,coconut,jaggery

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Rice powder
  • 50 gms Jaggery
  • 1 cup Coconut grated
  • 1 tbsp Ghee
  • 4 nos Banana leaves

Instructions
 

  • Add warm water and ghee in the rice powder and make a paste.
  • Make jaggery and coconut like a mixture.
  • Spread the Rice powder paste in the banana leaves and fill the jaggery coconut mixture.
  • fold the leaf and put it in a Tava and heat until the leaves are fried.
  • :- Your Ariyada is ready!!! :- Serve the Ariyada hot!!
