Ariyada - Made With Rice Powder
Ariyada - prepared from fried rice powder,coconut,jaggery

- 2 cups Rice powder
- 50 gms Jaggery
- 1 cup Coconut grated
- 1 tbsp Ghee
- 4 nos Banana leaves
Add warm water and ghee in the rice powder and make a paste.
Make jaggery and coconut like a mixture.
Spread the Rice powder paste in the banana leaves and fill the jaggery coconut mixture.
fold the leaf and put it in a Tava and heat until the leaves are fried.
:- Your Ariyada is ready!!!
:- Serve the Ariyada hot!!
