Take a deep bowl and add eggs, water, coconut milk and turmeric powder and whisk lightly. Add cumin seeds.
Mix in the flour little by little so that there are no lumps.
Strain the batter through a fine sieve.
Heat a medium non stick pan and grease it with ghee.
Fill the roti mould or jelebi mould with batter and using circular motion make a a thin lacy pancake.
Cook until set.
:-cook only on one side.
Carefully fold from the sides first, then roll it up to form a roll.
:-add a little water if the batter is too thick.
Make roti jala likewise and stack it on a plate.
