Roti Jala made with flour,eggs and milk

Ingredients
- All purpose flour - 2 cups
- Fresh milk - 2 cups
- Water - 1 cup
- Egg - 2 nos
- Salt(to taste) -
- Turmeric powder - 3/4 tsp
- Oil - 1 tbsp
- Ghee/Oil(for oiling the pan) -
- Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Roti jala mould - 1 cup

Instructions
- Take a deep bowl and add eggs, water, coconut milk and turmeric powder and whisk lightly. Add cumin seeds.
- Mix in the flour little by little so that there are no lumps.
- Strain the batter through a fine sieve.
- Heat a medium non stick pan and grease it with ghee.
- Fill the roti mould or jelebi mould with batter and using circular motion make a a thin lacy pancake.
- Cook until set. :-cook only on one side.
- Carefully fold from the sides first, then roll it up to form a roll. :-add a little water if the batter is too thick.
- Make roti jala likewise and stack it on a plate.
