These Jello salads are a great alternative to the usual holiday desserts. They’re fun, easy to make, and both kids and adults enjoy them.

Ingredients

1 pack lime Jello salad
1/2 cup hot water
1/2 tsp vinegar
1/2 cup cottage cheese crumbled
1/2 cup grated carrots
1/2 cup finely chopped cabbage, onion ,
salt and pepper.

Instructions

Dissolve 1 cup jello in hot water add vinegar salt and pepper
.Prepare a jello mould and grease it with oil.
Allow the jello to semi set in the fridge. Remove from the fridge add all veggies , stir again with a fork till well combined.
Leave to set in the fridge till well set about 2 hours. Remove from mould and serve on lettuce leaves. enjoy.
