Heat oil in a kadai, add mustard seeds & allow it to splutter.
Add curry leaves & red chillies.
Add onions, ginger & garlic and saute until brown in colour.
Add chicken, required salt and saute for 5 mins.
Close the lid and allow it to cook for 10-15 minutes.
Mix grated coconut, coriander, turmeric, chilli, garam masala powder and add to the chicken.
Close lid and cook for some more time.
:- Serve hot!!!
Note:- Do not grind the ginger & garlic to fine paste.
