Ingredients
- Chicken(cut into small cubes) - 500 gms
- Onions - 2 nos
- Ginger Garlic(grinded little) - 2 tsp
- Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
- Curry leaves(few) -
- Coriander powder - 2 tsp
- Chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Red chilli(whole) - 2 nos
- Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Coconut(grated) - 1 cup
- Coconut oil - 2 tbsp
- Salt(as reqd) -

Instructions
- Heat oil in a kadai, add mustard seeds & allow it to splutter.
- Add curry leaves & red chillies.
- Add onions, ginger & garlic and saute until brown in colour.
- Add chicken, required salt and saute for 5 mins.
- Close the lid and allow it to cook for 10-15 minutes.
- Mix grated coconut, coriander, turmeric, chilli, garam masala powder and add to the chicken.
- Close lid and cook for some more time.
- :- Serve hot!!!
- Note:- Do not grind the ginger & garlic to fine paste.
