Ingredients: 500 gms Chicken (cut into small cubes); 2 nos Onions; 2 tsp Ginger & Garlic (grinded little); 1 tsp Mustard seeds; Curry leaves (few); 2 tsp Coriander powder; 1 tsp Chilli powder; 2 nos Red chilli (whole); 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder; 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder; 1 cup Coconut (grated); 2 tbsp Coconut oil; Salt (as reqd)

Ingredients

500 gms Chicken cut into small cubes
2 nos Onions
2 tsp Ginger & Garlic grinded little
1 tsp Mustard seeds
Curry leaves few
2 tsp Coriander powder
1 tsp Chilli powder
2 nos Red chilli whole
1/2 tsp Garam masala powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
1 cup Coconut grated
2 tbsp Coconut oil
Salt as reqd

Instructions

Heat oil in a kadai, add mustard seeds & allow it to splutter.
Add curry leaves & red chillies.
Add onions, ginger & garlic and saute until brown in colour.
Add chicken, required salt and saute for 5 mins.
Close the lid and allow it to cook for 10-15 minutes.
Mix grated coconut, coriander, turmeric, chilli, garam masala powder and add to the chicken.
Close lid and cook for some more time.
:- Serve hot!!!
Note:- Do not grind the ginger & garlic to fine paste.
