Wash the rice thoroughly in cold tap water till the cloudy part goes off.
Then marinate the rice for 1 hour in cold water.
Cook the rice in 4 glasses of water in microwave or pressure cooker till gets cooked approx 20 mins.
:- Make sure that the rice does not stick.
Add sunflower oil cook it in high heat in a non stick pan and add poppy seeds and cumin seeds and briyani leaf, cook till it gets popped up.
Add ginger garlic paste cook it till it gets brown and add chopped white onions cook till it gets brown in colour.
Add green chilli and Italian diced tomatoes cook it with 2 glasses of water.
Add Everest Kashmiri Chilli Powder,salt, coriander powder,Sakthi or aachi briyani powder.
Cook the gravy till gets thick and do not burn it.
:- Keep the flame in medium heat.
Add the rice and mix it with a gravy.Toss the rice when it gets semi dry and then toss it every 5 minutes.
Cook till it gets dry and top it with coriander leaves.
:-Serve the dish with onion raita!!
