Ingredients
  

  • 800 gm King prawns
  • 2 nos Onion medium size
  • 2 tbsp Cooking oil
  • 2 nos Tomatoes
  • 5 cloves Garlics
  • 1 tsp Ginger
  • 10 nos Curry leaves
  • 6 nos Green chillies
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp Chilli powder
  • 2 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp Ground pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander leaves to garnish

Instructions
 

  • For preparing the tasty prawn dish, first fry the onions in oil until brown and soft.
  • Add ginger, garlic, curry leaves and stir to mix well.
  • Add turmeric, chilli powder, coriander powder and garam masala and stir until roasted smell comes from masala.
  • Add chopped tomatoes and mix well until it becomes a paste.
  • Add green chillies and pepper and then the prawns.
  • Mix well and cook in low flame about 15-20 minute and then keep on stirring until the prawns are well coated with the masala and dry. Keep covered in low flame if cooking is required for the prawns.
  • :- Garnish the dish with coriander leaves. You can relish the prawn dish with your loved ones. During festive occasions this is an apt dish. Enjoy the dish.
