Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup Fennel seeds Perumjeerakam
  • 18 nos Cinnamon Stick Indian, Karuvapatta
  • 10 nos Cloves Grambu
  • 4 nos Cardamom Elakka

Instructions
 

  • For preparing garam masala, first fry together all the ingredients in a pan in low flame for 5 minutes.
  • Then grind all the ingredients together.
  • Garam masala powder, a main constituent in all non-vegetarian dishes like beef, chicken, pork etc is ready. Store in an air tight container.
