Cheera (Spinach) Thoran
Easy cheera thoran to make which goes with rice. Cheera thoran is a very healthy dish especially for kids. Cheera is very high in nutrition.

- Red or green spinach leaves as reqd
- 4 nos Small Onion Kunjulli
- 1 small Coconut Grated
- 3 nos Green chilly if u want it to be spicy add 2 more
- 1 tbsp Coconut oil
- Salt as reqd
Cut the spinach leaves along with the stem.
Grind the coconut, kunjulli and greeen chillies in mixie for 30 seconds.
Mix the leaves and ground paste together with salt and cook this in a kadai for 4-5 minutes.
:- stir it in between.
Once it is cooked add 1 tbsp oil into cheera thoran and stir well.
:- Serve Cheera thoran hot with rice!!!
