Ingredients
  

  • 1 no Bitter gourd
  • 2 nos Tomato
  • 10 nos Shallots Kunjulli
  • 2 nos Green chillies slit lengthwise
  • Turmeric powder A pinch
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Cut the bitter gourd into small pieces and tomato into big pieces. :- No need to cut the shallots
  • Put all the ingredients in a clay pot(manchatti) and cook well.
  • Add salt as required.
  • :-If u want u can add a small quantity of coconut oil after the gas is turned off.
  • :- Happy eating!!!
