slit lengthwise
Turmeric powder

Salt

Instructions
Cut the bitter gourd into small pieces and tomato into big pieces. :- No need to cut the shallots
Put all the ingredients in a clay pot(manchatti) and cook well.
Add salt as required.
:-If u want u can add a small quantity of coconut oil after the gas is turned off.
