Oil
to deep fry
Instructions
Take a bowl and add all the dry ingredients.
Then add the chopped vegetables.
Add the milk and make a dough (as in chappathi's consistency) and keep it aside for 5 minutes.
Make it into small balls and deep fry in oil till it turns to golden brown.
