Instructions
Heat coconut oil in a pan.
Saute channa dal and urad dal till it becomes golden brown.
Add kollamulaku and saute for a minute.
Add shallots and saute till it changes its colour.
Add chopped tomatoes and saute for 2 minutes.
Add coriander leaves,asafoetida and remove from stove.
After the mixture is cooled grind it in a mixer. :- Do not add water for grinding.
