Mushroom Curry - Delicious Curry

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Mushroom cut into small pieces, white
  • 1 no Tomato large size
  • 1 no Onion large size
  • 6 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Ginger
  • 3 tbsp Meat Masala use any brand or make your own by grinding together cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, cumin and pepper
  • Salt as reqd
  • Oil as reqd
  • 2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 3 tsp Coriander powder
  • 3 tsp Chili powder

Instructions
 

  • Wash and cook mushroom in a pot.
  • Add salt, 1 tsp turmeric powder and no need to add water.
  • In a wok, add oil, saute onion, garlic and ginger.
  • When the onion is brown add tomatoe and saute till the tomatoe leaves the skin.
  • Add the meat masala and corainder a saute for 2 minutes.
  • Add salt, remaining turmeric and chili powder and saute for few more minutes and allow this to cool.
  • When cooled, grind this in a blender and add back to the pot.
  • Add the cooked mushroom.
  • Add a tbsp of cream and let it simmer for a minute or two.
  • :- Serve with roti.
