Dal Curry Easy

Tasty Dal Curry for Rice!!

Ingredients
  

  • 225 gm Split red gram or lentil
  • 55 gm Onion
  • 10 nos Green chillies
  • Turmeric a pinch
  • 40 gm Fat
  • Salt to taste
  • Curry leaves a sprig
  • Mustard seeds a pinch
  • 3 nos Whole red chillies

Instructions
 

  • Sort and wash gram or lentil.
  • Slice onions and slit green chillies.
  • Heat fat (30gm). SautT gram, onion, chillies and turmeric. Add enough water to cook.
  • When tender, remove from fire and mash.
  • :- Add more water if required.
  • Add salt and bring to boil.
  • Remove and temper with fat (10gm), curry leaves, mustard seeds and whole red chillies.
