Mustard seeds

Instructions
Sort and wash gram or lentil.
Slice onions and slit green chillies.
Heat fat (30gm). SautT gram, onion, chillies and turmeric. Add enough water to cook.
When tender, remove from fire and mash.
:- Add more water if required.
Add salt and bring to boil.
Remove and temper with fat (10gm), curry leaves, mustard seeds and whole red chillies.
