Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Avil Poha/Beaten rice flakes
  • 1 cup Coconut grated
  • ¼ cup Coconut Oil
  • 1 tsp Split black gram
  • 2 nos Red Chilli chopped
  • 1 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 2 nos Green Chilli chopped
  • 2 pieces Ginger chopped
  • Curry leaves few
  • Lemon juice few
  • Salt as reqd

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds.
  • Add black gram, red chilli, curry leaves and fry well.
  • Add chopped ginger and green chilli and sautT in low flame.
  • Wash the avil in water.
  • :- Do not keep avil in water for longer time.
  • Add the avil with the above mixture in pan.
  • Add coconut, salt and stir well in low flame.
  • After 3 minutes, close the flame, add lemon juice and mix it well.
  • :- Serve Hot!!!
