Channa Pulao - Delicious

Delicious Rice Recipe...Mouthwatering!!!

Ingredients
  

  • 500 gm Pulao rice
  • 225 gm Peas
  • 225 gm Paneer
  • 1 sprig Curry leaves
  • 4 nos Cloves
  • 5 cm Cinnamon
  • 2 nos Cardamom
  • 3 nos Green chillies
  • Salt to taste
  • Sugar to taste
  • 50 gm Fat
  • 15 gm Sultanas

Instructions
 

  • Heat fat, add sultanas and remove.
  • Add paneer cubes and fry to a golden brown. Remove.
  • Add curry leaves, cloves, cinnamon and cardamom.
  • Add rice and fry for 5 minutes.
  • Add shelled peas, slit green chillies, salt, sugar and hot water (double the amount of rice) to cook rice.
  • When water is almost absorbed, put in paneer pieces and sultanas.
  • Cook on slow fire till water is completely absorbed and rice is cooked.
