Plain yogurt
Salt
to taste
Baking soda
a pinch

Sugar
Oil
for deep frying
Instructions
Make a dough with the above ingredients (Can add water to make the dough).
Allow it to ferment for 8 hours. :- In winter, you may have to make the dough with lukewarm water.
Shape into round balls and roll it.
Deep fry in oil.
