Clean & devein prawns.
:- You can keep the tail intact.
Marinate the cleaned prawns with salt & pepper and keep aside for 15 mins.
Mix cornflour, maida, salt, pepper, baking powder, ajinomoto, ginger/garlic paste, chilly sauce, egg whites & little water to make a thick paste.
Add the marinated prawns & mix well.
Deep fry in oil for 3 minutes till golden brown.
:- Serve hot with sauce...as starters..
:- You may insert toothpicks into the prawns, so that it wont curl.
