Ingredients
  

  • 10 nos Kovakka
  • 1 tsp Chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmaric powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp Corn flour
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for deep fry

Instructions
 

  • Cut kovakka into small round pieces.
  • Make paste of chilli powder, turmeric powder and Corn flour.
  • Add the kovakka in to that paste.
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry the marinated kovakka well.
  • Garnish with fried curry leaves.
