Stir Fried- Organic Cabbage-Carrot-Capsicum

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp Sunflower oil
  • 2 tsp Urad dhal
  • 1 tsp Channa dhal
  • 2 nos White onions Finely Chopped
  • 2 nos Green chillies finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1/2 piece Organic Cabbage sliced
  • 2 nos Green capsicum sliced
  • 2 nos Carrot grated

Instructions
 

  • Heat 2 tablespoons of Sunflower oil in wo.
  • Add Urad dhal and Channa dhal fried it till gets brown.
  • Add finely chopped white onions, green chillies and fry it in medium till it gets brown.
  • Add 1 teaspoon of Turmeric powder and coriander powder.
  • Finally add the sliced capsicum, carrot, cabbage and cook it in medium heat for 10 minutes.
  • Serve it in a Noodle bowl.
