Stir Fried- Organic Cabbage-Carrot-Capsicum
Goes with Indian Main course or with drinks-spirits or beer

- 2 tbsp Sunflower oil
- 2 tsp Urad dhal
- 1 tsp Channa dhal
- 2 nos White onions Finely Chopped
- 2 nos Green chillies finely chopped
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- 1/2 piece Organic Cabbage sliced
- 2 nos Green capsicum sliced
- 2 nos Carrot grated
Heat 2 tablespoons of Sunflower oil in wo.
Add Urad dhal and Channa dhal fried it till gets brown.
Add finely chopped white onions, green chillies and fry it in medium till it gets brown.
Add 1 teaspoon of Turmeric powder and coriander powder.
Finally add the sliced capsicum, carrot, cabbage and cook it in medium heat for 10 minutes.
Serve it in a Noodle bowl.
