Ingredients
  

  • 750 gm Chicken curry cut
  • 400 gm Onion sliced
  • 3 tbsp Ginger/garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • 2 tsp Corinder powder
  • 2 tsp Chilli powder
  • 2 tsp Jira powder
  • 15-20 nos Cashew nut
  • Curry leaves few
  • 4-5 nos Green chilli
  • Coriander leaves few
  • 5 nos Red chillie
  • 300 ml Oil
  • Salt as reqd

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add onion, ginger/garlic paste and green chillie. 3)When it turns brown add Chicken and all the other ingredients except the red chillie and coriander leaves.
  • Once the chicken is cooked add red chillie and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • :- Andhra chicken fry is ready.
  • :- Garnished andhra chicken fry with coriander leaves and serve hot!!!
