Soya Ularthu

Very easy to prepare - Soya Ularthu

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Soya chunks minced
  • 1 spoon Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 spoon Chilly powder
  • 1/2 spoon Garam masala
  • 1/2 spoon Meat masala
  • 1/4 spoon Turmeric powder
  • Salt as reqd
  • 1 no Onion cut into lenthwise, big size
  • Mustard seeds few
  • 1 spring Curry leaves
  • 1 tbsp Oil

Instructions
 

  • Boil Soya chunks with little salt.
  • When it becomes soft put it in cold water and mince it.
  • Make a paste of chilly, turmeric, meat masala, garam masala and ginger garlic paste by adding little water.
  • Heat oil in a pan and put musterd seeds into it.
  • Add sliced onion and curryleaves saute it by adding salt.
  • Add the masala paste into this and saute well.
  • When the aroma comes, add the mince soya chunks.
  • Put it in very low flame for 10 minutes
  • :-Serve with Rice or chappathi!!!
