Boil Soya chunks with little salt.
When it becomes soft put it in cold water and mince it.
Make a paste of chilly, turmeric, meat masala, garam masala and ginger garlic paste by adding little water.
Heat oil in a pan and put musterd seeds into it.
Add sliced onion and curryleaves saute it by adding salt.
Add the masala paste into this and saute well.
When the aroma comes, add the mince soya chunks.
Put it in very low flame for 10 minutes
:-Serve with Rice or chappathi!!!
