Kerala Tomato Pachadi

Ingredients
  

  • 3 nos Tomato medium size
  • 1 no Onion
  • Curry Leaves few
  • 1 cup Curd
  • 1 cup Coconut
  • 1 tsp Chilly Powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 1 no Red chilly

Instructions
 

  • Cut onion and tomato into small pieces.
  • Add curd, salt and chilly powder to it.
  • Mix well with a spoon.
  • Grind coconut and 1/4 tsp mustard.
  • Add it to the above mixture.
  • Mix well.
  • :-Garnish with fried mustard seeds, red chilly and curry leaves.
