Pepper Chicken - Dry
Easy ,hot and spicy pepper chicken

- 1/2 kg Chicken
- 1 no Cloves
- 1 no Bay leaves
- 2 nos Cinnamon
- Curry leaves few
- 5 nos Green chillies
- Coriander leaves few
- 200 gm Onions
- 1 small Curd
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 4 tsp Pepper powder
- Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
- 1/4 tsp Garam masala
- Salt as reqd
- 2 tbsp Oil
Mix the chicken with curd, turmeric powder and some salt and marinate for about 1 hour.
Heat oil in a pan and sautT the spices followed by the onions.
When they are soft, add the ginger garlic paste and curry leaves.
Add marinated chicken and salt and bring it full boil. Keep stirring occasionally
When the chicken is half cooked add garam masala, pepper powder and salt, add some water if required.
Stir for sometime on a low flame.
Add coriander leaves.
Remove from the heat.
Serve hot with any rice or pratas.
