Indian Chilli Chicken

Ingredients
  

  • 500 gms Chicken boneless
  • 2 tbsp Soya suace
  • 1 no Egg
  • 2 tbsp Corn flour
  • 5-6 nos Green chillies
  • 1 tsp Garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp White pepper powder
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • Ajinomotto a pinch
  • 2 cups Chicken broth/water
  • Oil to fry
  • salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Take 1 tbsp soya sauce, 1 tbsp corn flour, salt and egg in a bowl and marinate the chicken pieces in mixture for about 10 - 15 mins.
  • Heat oil and deep fry the marinated chicken pieces till golden brown.
  • Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a sepearte kadai and add garlic paste, green chillies and saute for few seconds.
  • Add two cups of water or broth bring to boil and add sugar, pepper powder, salt, ajinomotto and remaining soya sauce.
  • Add fried chicken pieces to it and cook for few minutes.
  • Dissolve the remaining corn flour in 1/2 cup water and add to the curry stirr constantly and cook fo 2- 3 minutes.
  • :- Serve hot with Fried rice.
