Chicken Sausage Curry In Coconut Milk

Ingredients
  

  • 10 nos Chicken Sausage
  • 4 tbsp Sunflower oil
  • 1 inch Cinnamon
  • 3 nos Cloves
  • 2 nos Onions finely chopped, medium size
  • 3 nos Green chillies
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 2 tsp Coriander powder
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
  • 2 nos Tomatoes finely chopped, medium size
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 cup Coconut milk thick
  • Coriander leaves to garnish

Instructions
 

  • Boil the sausage for 5 min and drain well.
  • Cut the sausage diagonally it in to small pieces and keep aside.
  • In a non stick pan, heat the oil Add cinnamon and cloves and fry till you get the aroma.
  • Add finely chopped onions and saute till it becomes light brown in colour.
  • Add ginger garlic paste and Saute until the raw smell vanishes.
  • Add turmeric, chilli and coriander powder and fry well.
  • Then add finely chopped tomatoes and a little water and fry until all this gets cooked well and becomes a thick paste.
  • To this add salt and the sausage and mix well.
  • Add thick coconut milk, simmer and cook for say 2 minutes and turn off the flame.
  • :- Empty this to a serving dish and garnish it with finely chopped coriander leaves.
