Egg Pepper Dry Fry

A simple egg starter.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 nos Egg
  • 1 no Onion small size
  • Pepper powder to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 no Green chillies sliced

Instructions
 

  • Boil the egg.
  • Cut the egg into 8 pices or smaller.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add finely chopped onions and saute well until it turns golden.
  • Add salt to this which makes it turn brown faster.
  • Sprinkle some pepper powder and fry for 30 seconds.
  • Add the egg into this mixture and fry well.
  • Keep adding pepper on top of the egg so that the egg is lightly covered with egg.
  • Keep frying.
  • Tips
  • :- Do not over do the stir, make sure the egg is not powdered:-)
  • :- The white of the egg and the yellow will be fried and start turning brown.
  • :- Serve on a plate.
