White Sambar Without Chilly Powder

Ingredients
  

  • 100 grms Urud Dhal
  • 5 nos Green chillies
  • 3 no Tomato
  • Tamirind lime size
  • 5 nos Brinjal cut into 4
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • Salt as reqd

Seasoning:

  • 1 hand Curry leaves
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • 2 nos Red dry chilly
  • 1 tbsp Coconut oil
  • 1 pinch Asofedita
  • 1 pinch fenugreek

Instructions
 

  • Use a pressure cooker and add 500 ml of water.
  • when it boils add all ingrediants and cook for 4 whistle in cooker.
  • When cool open and smash well.
  • The brinjal should be smashed well.
  • Do the seasoning with all the ingredients in oil and pour on top of the dhal.
