Khajoor Mix Shake

Ingredients
  

  • 25 pcs Khajoor without seed and chopped, dates
  • 1 tbsp Rose water
  • 1 ltr Milk
  • 2 nos Cherupazham chopped, small Banana
  • 1 no Mango cut into pieces, riped
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Milk powder
  • 1 tbsp Pistachios green chopped
  • 1 big Saffron

Instructions
 

  • In a blender put milk powder, sugar, khajoor and quarter portion of milk and blend it to a thick cream.
  • Add banana, mango, rose water and rest of milk and make a thick juice.
  • Keep them refrigerated for 2 hours.
  • Then pour into ice cream glasses and spread pistachios and saffron on the top.
  • :- Serve chilled.
