thinly sliced, medium size

Prawns

Onion
chopped, big size
Coconut pieces

Red chilly powder

Turmeric powder

Coconut oil
Salt
as reqd
Instructions
Cook bitter gourd with turmeric powder and salt until dry. Keep aside.
In a pan, add coconut oil and saute onions until pink.
Add chillie powder, turmeric powder, salt , potato, coconut pieces & prawns. Saute till they are cooked. No need to add water
To this, mix in the cooked bittergourd, cover and cook for a few more minutes.
Finally garnish with fresh curry leaves.
