Rajma dhal
soak in water overnight

Onion

Tomato
finely chopped

Garlic pods
finely chopped

Chilly powder

tsp
Coriander powder

tsp
Mustard seeds

Curry leaves

Coconut oil

Coconut milk

Instructions
Cook rajma in pressure cooker with salt and turmeric. Keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan.
Add mustard, curry leaves, garlic and onion one by one.
Add tomato and let it cook for 2 mins.
Add chilli powder, salt and coriander powder.
Fry for few seconds.
Add the cooked rajma to this with 50 ml water.
Let it boil for 2 mins.
Add coconut milk and remove from stove.
Garnish with curry leaves and sprinkle few drops of coconut oil.
:- Serve with roti, rice, idly or dosa.
