Ingredients

Rajma dhal
soak in
water
overnight
2
nos
Onion
finely chopped
3
nos
Tomato
finely chopped
2
nos
Garlic
pods
finely chopped
1
tsp
Chilly powder
2
tsp
Coriander powder
1
tsp
Mustard seeds
1
handful
Curry leaves
4
tsp
Coconut oil
1
cup
Coconut
milk
Salt
As reqd
Instructions
Cook rajma in pressure cooker with
salt
and
turmeric
. Keep aside.
Heat
oil
in a pan.
Add mustard,
curry leaves
,
garlic
and
onion
one by one.
Add
tomato
and let it cook for 2 mins.
Add
chilli powder
,
salt
and
coriander powder
.
Fry for few seconds.
Add the cooked rajma to this with 50 ml
water
.
Let it boil for 2 mins.
Add
coconut
milk
and remove from stove.
Garnish with
curry leaves
and sprinkle few drops of
coconut oil
.
:- Serve with roti, rice, idly or dosa.
