Instructions
Cut bitter gourd in a slim and circular way.
:- It should look like a ring.
Heat oil in a pan.
When oil is hot, add bitter gourd rings and salt.
Allow it to become brown.
When it's done, add chilly powder and fry for another 10 mins.
Remove from fire.
:- This goes well with curd rice, rasam, sambar and rice.
:- Instead of bitter gourd, use potato also.
:- Good with rice and condiments.
