Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 kg Bittergourd Pavakka
  • Salt As reqd
  • Oil As reqd
  • Chilly powder As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Cut bitter gourd in a slim and circular way.
  • :- It should look like a ring.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • When oil is hot, add bitter gourd rings and salt.
  • Allow it to become brown.
  • When it's done, add chilly powder and fry for another 10 mins.
  • Remove from fire.
  • :- This goes well with curd rice, rasam, sambar and rice.
  • :- Instead of bitter gourd, use potato also.
  • :- Good with rice and condiments.
