Mix well rice flour, eggs, coconut milk powder, yeast and water and make the batter.
:- Make sure that flour is mixed well with eggs and water.
Leave the batter closed in a pot for 4-5 hours.
Then mix salt.
Place the non-stick appam thava on the stove & heat it.
Pour one big scoop appam batter in the thava & then by holding the both handles, spread the batter in the thava.
Close the lid & after 2 minutes, open the lid and take out the appam.
:- Serve hot with chicken curry or Egg Masala Curry.
:- This appam can also be served with coconut milk by adding sugar in it.
