Chicken Roast made with left out chicken curry

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bowl Left out chicken curry
  • 3 nos Onion
  • 1 no Green chilly if u need more spicy
  • Curry leaves as reqd
  • 1 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 pinch Garam masala
  • Coriander leaves to garnish

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a kadai and sputter mustard seeds.
  • Add curry leaves and onion.
  • Fry till onion becomes pink.
  • Add the left over chicken curry and fry well till the gravy thickens.
  • Add garam masala and mix well.
  • Garnish with corriander leaves.
