Wash the chicken pieces and boil it with water, pepper powder and salt.
Seperate chicken pieces and water(chicken stock).
Then in a bowl take egg, 2 tbsp of corn flour, chilli color and chicken pieces.
Then mix well and keep it aside for 1/2 an hour.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken pieces.
Take the chicken in a paper to remove the excess oil.
Heat another pan and fry ginger paste,garlic paste,green chilli.
Then add chopped onion, celery in it and cook well.
:- No need to get fry.
Add tomato sauce,soy sauce, chiili sauce and 1 tbsp corn flour.
Add chicken stock and fried chicken in it and cook unlit water dries.
:- You can add more chilli powder to make it hot.
:- Serve it with chapatti, parotta, fried rice.
