Wash mutton and drain water.
Take a small pan and fry green chillies and 1 onion sliced and keep aside.
Grind ginger, garlic, peppercorns, cloves, cinnonmon, drycoconut and fried onion,green chillies,coriender powder and leaves with little water till fine paste.
4)Heat 2 tbsp of oil in pan.
Add onions and fry till it turns goldenbrown.
Add fenugreek leaves and fry well.
Add mutton and salt and then add the grinded paste with 1 1/2 cup water.
Boil well till the mutton is cooked with low flame.
:-Serve with hot chappathi or rice.
