Take a medium sized bowl and put wheat flour, all purpose flour, salt and mix well.
Add hot water and mix the dough with a spoon(wooden spoon).
Add oil and mix the dough smoothly using your hand.
Close the bowl with its lid and keep for an hour.
Take the dough and make 8 lemon sized dough balls.
In a flat surface, roll each ball sized dough to a circular shape.
We can use extra flour to avoid the stickiness of dough during rolling if needed.
Heat a pan and put 1/2 tsp of oil and fry the rolled dough.Turn upside down and fry the side.
Cook it till done.
:-Repeat same for rest of the dough balls.
