  • Take a medium sized bowl and put wheat flour, all purpose flour, salt and mix well.
  • Add hot water and mix the dough with a spoon(wooden spoon).
  • Add oil and mix the dough smoothly using your hand.
  • Close the bowl with its lid and keep for an hour.
  • Take the dough and make 8 lemon sized dough balls.
  • In a flat surface, roll each ball sized dough to a circular shape.
  • We can use extra flour to avoid the stickiness of dough during rolling if needed.
  • Heat a pan and put 1/2 tsp of oil and fry the rolled dough.Turn upside down and fry the side.
  • Cook it till done.
  • :-Repeat same for rest of the dough balls.
