- Clean and wash the Spinach and then grind it well.
- Put the grinded Spinach into a vessel .
- Add the wheat flour into the Spinach paste along with some salt.
- Mix the Wheat flour, Spinach paste and salt together and make a dough, adding required quantity of water.
- Wheat flour, Spinach paste dough.
- Make small balls with the dough.
- Roll the dough balls as shown in the picture.
- Boil the oil in a Kadai (Cheena chatti).
- Fry the rolls in the oil.
- Spinach, wheat flour poori is ready. It can be served with chutney, pickle or some other side dish.

- It will also be a tasty and nutritional food for children if it is given to them with fruit jam or honey.
