Methi Jeera Chicken (South Indian)

Very tasty and yummy good for starters in parties

Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg Chicken
  • 1 tbsp Jeera
  • 1 1/2 cup Fresh methi
  • 6-7 nos Green chillies splitted
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Fresh Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 no Onions chopped
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 small Curd
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • Salt for taste
  • Corionder leaves and Lemon for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Marinate chicken with curds and turmeric for 1/2 hour.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add mustard seeds and jeera. 4)Add green chillies, onions and fry till the colour became golden brown.
  • Add methi, ginger garli paste and fry till oil seperates.
  • Add marinated chicken and salt and cook till it gets dry and turns golden brown.
  • Garnish with Corionder leaves and Lemon.
