Mix all the (Ingredients :1) with fish and marinate well.
Keep the marinated fish in a thick bottom cooker and keep aside.
Cook the rice upto 70% with salt and is emptied over the cooker with fish.
Add ghee over the rice and sprinkle saffron milk, coriander, mint and fried onion.
Cover the cooker with a lid tightly.
:- Steam should not come out.
Keep on low gas for 5 mins and remove from stove.
:- Serve hot!!!
