In a kadai,pour 2 cups of water and boil it well.
Add pasta and 1/2 teaspoon salt and cook it well.
Keep it aside.
Heat 3 table spoons of refined sunflower or vegetable oil in the kadai.
Put garlic, onions, green chillies and vegetables without tomato, paneer, pepper, salt and fry it well.
Add tomato and soya sauce, stir it well.
Add the cooked pasta and mix it well.
:- Serve hot!!!
Note:- If required,add 1 teaspoon of butter and mix well before serving.
