Instructions
Heat oil in a kadai on high flame and add garlic and saute.
Add ginger and saute for 2 minutes.
Add celery, chillies, chilli sauce, ajinomoto, salt, pepper, sugar and colour and bring it to boil and then shut off flame.
Cut the chicken in small pieces and marinate with all the other ingredients for 15-20 minutes.
Then cook it on a low flame adding 1/4 cup water.
Cook till chicken is done and well coated with the gravy.
Slit the rolls and fill in with the chicken mixture.
