Chicken Shezwan Roll

Ingredients
  

  • 8 nos Hot dog roll
  • 250 gms Chicken boneless
  • 4 tbsp Shezwan sauce
  • 1 no Egg
  • 2 tbsp Ginger+Garlic+Green chillies finely chopped
  • 3 tbsp Coriander leaves finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp Corn flour
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper powder
  • 4 tbsp Oil
  • Orange colour
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 cup Shezwan Sauce Celery finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup Garlic finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup Ginger finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup Green chillies finely chopped
  • 150 gms Red chilli sauce
  • 1/4 cup Sugar

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a kadai on high flame and add garlic and saute.
  • Add ginger and saute for 2 minutes.
  • Add celery, chillies, chilli sauce, ajinomoto, salt, pepper, sugar and colour and bring it to boil and then shut off flame.
  • Cut the chicken in small pieces and marinate with all the other ingredients for 15-20 minutes.
  • Then cook it on a low flame adding 1/4 cup water.
  • Cook till chicken is done and well coated with the gravy.
  • Slit the rolls and fill in with the chicken mixture.
